Bill Ripol - President
Bill Ripol has been with TriMech for 16 years, the last 6 working with TriMech Staffing. He is responsible for the overall business strategy, sales, and operations for the organization. Having worked within all TriMech’s business units, Bill has a unique and valuable perspective about the interconnectedness of the technology and staffing divisions. He gains the greatest satisfaction from his position when he hears from clients that TriMech has greatly facilitated the attainment of their business goals and objectives. Within TriMech, he most enjoys seeing his colleagues grow, develop, and have great success in whatever capacities they serve. Bill’s time away from work is spent in constant motion with his family, running from one activity to the next, especially on the water in the Northern Neck of Virginia.
Mike Ayres - Co-Founder/Managing Partner
Mike Ayres has 16 years’ experience with TriMech Staffing providing technical staffing, engineering consulting and DoD Program Support. His primary focus for the last 5 years has been to grow our Department of Defense programs, which are tasked with supporting the various branches of the US military within engineering, integration and design sectors. His first 11 years were focused on taking TriMech Staffing from a start-up to highly competitive engineering staffing firm in the Mid-Atlantic. When not at work, his time is spent with his family doing high school sporting events and making trips to wakeboard and tube at the lake on weekends.
Drema Davis - Sr. Technical Recruiter
Drema brings 17 years of recruiting experience with a concentration in engineering-related positions to include mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and CAD drafting/designing positions. Additionally, she recruits on support positions to include technical writing, production, and technical documentation in both the commercial and DoD markets. Having been on the TriMech team for 10 years, Drema takes pride in taking the time to understand what her candidates are seeking in their career and playing a pivotal role to insure they are poised for success. Drema’s tenure at TriMech has allowed her to develop and maintain long term professional relationships with her candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement opportunities.
Kristin Holloway - Technical Recruiter
As a seasoned recruiting professional, Kristin Holloway has obtained 14 years of combined staffing industry and human resources experience. A graduate of Framingham State University in Massachusetts, she holds a BA in Organizational Psychology and an English minor. Having worked in both Operations and Management within the staffing industry, her areas of recruitment expertise have focused on administrative, light industrial, manufacturing, and technical positions and spanned across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement opportunities. Enjoying all aspects of the staffing industry, her strength lies in creating positive relationships with candidates and clients alike, and she values the trust and candor that comes along with creating successful placement scenarios. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Kristin enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with her husband, and being a mother to three boys.
John Madden - Account Manager
John has been committed to working for TriMech Staffing for the last 6 years. He strives to ensure that he provides world-class service and results to his clients. His drive for success has enabled him to exceed the expectations of both commercial and government clients. Conversing and meeting with prospects and clients provides John with not only the opportunity to provide best in class results, it is also the greatest source of enjoyment in his career as an Account Manager. John is a graduate of the University of Missouri – St. Louis, and never backs down from any rib cook-off challenge.
Sonja Aaron - Territory Sales Manager
Sonja has been with TriMech since 2011 as a Senior Technical Recruiter; successfully identifying and placing technical resources for our clients. She recently transitioned into a Territory Sales Manager role; offering personalized, consultative one-on-one staffing expertise for our end-clients in the engineering field – primarily related to mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing industries. She takes the time to understand her clients’ needs and makes it a priority to find the right fit for both client and candidate, and that’s where candor and respect play an important part in the process. So just as you will experience a respectfully candid, up-front approach from her; she also welcomes and expects the same from you. Her work is extremely rewarding to her, so if you’re looking for a staffing consultant who shows genuine interest in your job-related needs, she’s ready to talk.
Loretta Lacks - Account Manager
Within the last 8 years, Loretta has held several roles at TriMech to include Account Executive and Account Manager. She is a dedicated, motivated, accomplished, and highly driven business professional offering clients a creative and attentive partnership. She has been successful and creative at selling in 2 different Technical Engineering environments at TriMech, to include Solutions Software Selling and a Staffing/Services environment. She is full of energy, competitive, and always attacks her goals with integrity and honesty! She is a experienced vocalist and will accept any Karaoke or sing off battle.
Kristin Boyd - Sr. Technical Recruiter
Kristin Boyd has been a member of the TriMech team (on and off) for the past 10 years. She is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Marketing and has nearly 15 years of staffing and recruiting experience. Kristin specializes in recruiting for hard to fill mechanical/electrical design, engineering and related technical positions for commercial and government sectors throughout the South East and Mid Atlantic. She credits her success on her ability to listen to the needs of her candidates and hiring managers and build long-term trustworthy relationships.
Jeremy Hirsch - Account Manager
Over the past decade, Jeremy has worked in management and sales for several Fortune 500 companies. Included in that experience is years of recruitment and hiring. He is a driven professional who focuses on delivering the best possible experience for clients. He truly enjoys working closely with his clients so he may not just meet, but exceed expectations. Jeremy is a native New Yorker and brings the same fire and passion to the role as he does talking about the Yankees.
Gibson Vaught - Territory Sales Manager
Gibson Vaught has been a member of TriMech since January of 2017 and brings with him 2 years of staffing experience. A graduate of Georgetown University in Washington D.C and an alumnus of the Varsity Football Program, he brings with him a competitive spirit to represent clients to his fullest abilities. Gibson handles accounts in South Carolina and Florida specializing in Engineering staffing. He finds the greatest success in clients that are looking for growth and to reach the next level in production as well as recognition. He believes in a qualitative approach to presenting resumes instead of flooding a position with potential candidates. In his spare time Gibson likes to get into any pick-up sport he can including basketball, rugby, or golf.
Alicia Cecil - Technical Recruiter
Alicia joined TriMech in 2017. As a member of the TriMech Staffing team, Alicia will work with account managers and recruiters to match the best candidates with the right technical positions. Prior to TriMech, Alicia spent the last four years as a general education teacher. Before that, she worked as a Customer Service/Credit Specialist for Talbots and in product development and quality control for Custom Foods of America. Alicia has three children: a son at the University of Arizona, a daughter at the University of Tennessee and a son in the seventh grade. She enjoys watching her son play baseball, spending time with family and friends and living on the lake!
