Altair Inspire Extrude Polymer is a virtual press, where users can visualize material flow and temperature inside a die during extrusion and make necessary changes to ensure balanced flow. The interface allows users, to identify and eliminate product defects such as profile distortion, die swell and coextrusion interference. You can also create visual die trials that help correct and determine potential design issues, and fix them, prior to production or die design.
