Diran™ 410MF07 is a nylon-based thermoplastic FDM® material, mineral-filled 7% by weight. It is a tough, impact-strong material combined with resistance to hydrocarbon-based chemicals. Its smooth, lubricious surface quality offers low sliding resistance. Typical applications include jigs, fixtures and other forms of general manufacturing tooling, and is particularly effective for applications needing a non-marring interface between the tool and the workpiece.
Antero™ 800NA PEKK is a PEKK-based FDM thermoplastic that combines the excellent physical and mechanical qualities of PEKK with electrostatic dissipative (ESD) properties. This high-performance polymer exhibits exceptional chemical and wear resistance, ultra-low outgassing properties and consistent ESD performance. This material can be used for space and industrial applications where these qualities are critical.
FDM TPU 92A brings the benefits of elastomers to FDM 3D printing and offers the capability to quickly produce large and complex elastomer parts. This material is a thermoplastic polyurethane and exhibits high elongation, superior toughness, durability and abrasion resistance. Typical applications include flexible hoses, tubes, air ducts, seals, protective covers and vibration dampeners.
Nylon 12CF delivers the highest strength and stiffness-to-weight ratio of any Stratasys FDM material. Its unique stiffness and strength allow it to replace metal components in fixturing applications, jigs and production parts. Nylon 12CF’s top markets include automotive manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, recreational manufacturing and aerospace manufacturing.
Antero 800NA is a PEKK-based FDM thermoplastic. With superior strength, toughness and wear-resistant properties of PEKK material, Antero 800NA is a lighter alternative to aluminum and steel. Using it with FDM technology eliminates the waste associated with subtractive manufacturing. Due to its chemical resistance and marginal release of gas, Antero 800NA is suitable for various aerospace applications.
Nylon 6 is the perfect material for applications that require tough and durable parts and tooling. This material goes above and beyond other FDM Thermoplastics to manufacture stronger more customized parts. ULTEM 9085 is a reliable high-performance thermoplastic with a high strength-to-weight ratio, certifications and an excellent FST rating. This material is flame-retardant with well-rounded thermal, mechanical and chemical properties, which makes it ideal for aerospace, automotive and military parts.
ULTEM 1010 is a complex material that provides the highest heat resistance, chemical resistance and tensile strength of any FDM thermoplastic. This material is biocompatible and safe for food contact, with NSF 51 and ISO 10993/USP Class VI certifications. ULTEM 1010 is perfect for creating parts that will be under intense stress, such as custom food-production parts and medical devices that require autoclave sterilization.
ST-130 provides a simple way to print hollow composite parts. Tools can easily be printed and dissolved after curing, which allows you to eliminate some secondary processes, such as making molds. ST-130 can also withstand the heat and pressure of autoclave curing.
To create 3D printed parts that can withstand intense heat and chemical exposure, PPSF-PPSU is the ideal high-performance thermoplastic to use. It provides the highest heat resistance of any FDM thermoplastic and is also resistant to petroleum and solvents. PPSF-PPSU is gamma, EtO and autoclave sterilizable.
PC-ISO is a heat-resistant, biocompatible thermoplastic that is ideal for food and drug packaging and medical device manufacturing. It can be used to build durable prototypes or parts that can be gamma or EtO sterilized. PC-ISO complies with ISO 10993 and USP Class VI.
PC-ABS is a high-impact, low-volume engineering thermoplastic that creates stronger parts that closely resemble the material properties of the final product. Nylon 12 is the perfect material to utilize when printing parts that require high fatigue endurance, as it offers excellent chemical resistance, the best Z-axis lamination and highest impact strength of any FDM thermoplastic. Nylon 12 builds some of the toughest parts in the industry, with 100-300% better elongation at break than any other additive manufacturing technology.
