Bill has been with TriMech for more than 19 years. He began as a software salesperson in 2001 when the company was comprised of less than 20 people. In 2005, he became TriMech’s first Sales Manager and went on to manage every sales unit in the TriMech business including software, hardware, inside sales and staffing. Prior to TriMech, Bill was an elementary school teacher, teaching all subjects to 4^th and 5^th grade students.

He believes that sales, like teaching, involves effectively communicating an exciting vision with one’s audience. Like a school classroom, he believes that a high-energy work environment brings out the best in people and he strives to create that every day.
