Bill has been in the engineering field his entire career. He began his professional career as a design engineer before moving into engineering services as an application engineer, where his engineering background lent to his success in training and implementing CAD software. He later transitioned into sales and sales management, ultimately becoming TriMech’s VP of Sales.

His talent for systems design and his attention to sales metrics carried over well into that role and complemented his management style. He is a firm believer in the idea that knowing the numbers are key to a successful team. In his current role as VP of Business Transformation, Bill works with the entire organization to drive growth and performance as TriMech continues to expand its services to our clients.

Bill is defined by his diligence with detail and his desire to watch his people grow in their own professional careers and he takes the time to model, mentor and encourage his team to achieve.
