Christmas came early in the TriMech Knoxille office! We finally received the machine everyone has been talking about — the new Stratasys F170 3D Printer. Our 3D printing Application Engineer Tommy DuPuy and Technician Will Lewellyn could hardly contain their excitement as they (carefully) ripped open the box. Watch the unboxing of the Stratasys F170 here:
The Stratasys F123 Series is the perfect size printer for any shared-office, yet powerful enough to compete in the most competitive business environments. This FDM 3D Printer series is also one of the most user-friendly professional 3D printers on the market.
Tommy and Will unpackaged the Stratasys F170, carefully wheeling it off its platform. The printer came with a variety of 3D printing materials including PLA, ABS-M30, ASA and QSR support materials. The F370 machine supports an additional PC-ABS material option as well. After testing the interface and enhanced features like the anti-slam doors, Tommy was eager to feed and run the machine. Stay tuned for more videos of the Stratasys F123 Series as we get more hands-on time with the 3D Printers.
