Last week, TriMech’s 3D printer team gathered in the Marlborough, MA office for a week full of team building and training activities. Our territory reps and additive manufacturing application engineers traveled in from all over the east coast to bond over the one thing we all have in common – our love for 3D printing technology and providing our clients with the best engineering solutions. This is what our week looked like:
Stratasys Training:
As one of Stratasys’ Diamond Partners, our team is required to take a series of in-person and online training courses and obtain certain certifications. We pride ourselves in staying up-to-date with Stratasys 3D printing technologies, from the latest FDM and PolyJet machines to the newest materials. With a growing team, this gave everyone the opportunity to learn how to match the best engineering solutions with our client’s unique needs and applications.
Red Sox Baseball:
After two days of 3D printer training, we were off to Fenway Park to watch the Red Sox beat the Blue Jays 5-1. We sat across from the Green Monster with a perfect view of first base. For some of us, the highlight of the night was getting a private tour of the stadium; for others, the highlight was getting a stadium hotdog and cold beer. At the end of the night, we all enjoyed bonding as a team.

Bowling:
For the final hoorah, the 3D printer team went bowling at Kings Dining and Entertainment. Here, we shared stories about the our experiences in the industry and had some friendly competition knocking down pins. Congratulations to TriMech’s David Stockbower, who walked away as Bowling Champion.
To say the least, we had a successful week of team bonding and getting to learn more about Stratasys printers. And we couldn’t be more excited to see what these technologies have in store for our clients!
