Quality Assurance
When applying for a job, it is important to engineering and government industries seek a certain technical and cultural fit. The military has a strict corporate culture that strongly revolves around quality assurance, so finding similar attributes in an employee is critical. Know that when applying for a position through our Government Services, we will take great measures to fit our job applicant clients with our client’s organizational culture. Since the military has it’s own measure of quality assurance, you may need to take mental and physical tests as well as provide documentation, medical and legal history to be eligible for hire.
Variety of Placement
Know that DoD and Government projects vary from the duration of the position to the location of service and even the type of project. That being said, job descriptions can drastically differ in requirements. If you have an idea of what type of work you are interested in, talk to a recruiter. They help you make sense of different types of positions hiring.
Contract Holders
Aside from working with a recruiter, also consider working with a contract holder. This assures you that the partnerships and work availability is more reliable and predictable.
