Vero is a thermoset acrylic resin and creates rigid models with a great degree of accuracy in either a matte or glossy finish. Vero resin is cured with UV light and does not require a resin wash or post curing. If using support material with Vero, the support material can be removed by hand or dissolved in a solutions bath. Parts made with Vero material are not the strongest compared to other PolyJet materials but offered in the most amount of colors. These colors can be blended together to create hundreds of thousands of colors. For true-color models with high accuracy, you can’t do much better than Vero.
The models shown here are all made with a variety of Vero materials. From early stage fit to full color CMF models, all can be printed using Vero. Additionally, because most machines can dispense multiple resins at the same time, there’s no need for constant loading and unloading of different materials.
