Every year, the 3D CAD world braces for the annual release of SOLIDWORKS, and I can understand why. In what has become the de facto tool for great engineering design, SOLIDWORKS builds on the last great version by listening to its users and adding enhancements that matter to them.
It’s also a very exciting time for ModernTech and TriMech as we combine forces for 30+ launch events for our valued clients.
A Labor Of Love
With so much new to explore, we can’t simply start up SOLIDWORKS 2016 and click around. We had to dive in deep to be prepared.
Back in June, we got our hands on the first SOLIDWORKS Beta release, and we’ve been digging at it ever since. We’ve put our team through their paces.
Last month, we sent 23 Application Engineers to a special technical rollout event to learn more about the additions and tools coming in October.
What’s New And More
Planning for launch day goes all the way back to last year’s events. Taking the lead from SOLIDWORKS, we listened to your feedback and used that to help us plan for 2016.
I’m confident you won’t be disappointed. We’ve put together content that you’ll both enjoy and use. In many locations, we’ve set aside the better part of the day for value-added sessions.
In addition to learning about new features, you’ll get a brand new tips and tricks session, have the chance to grill a panel of AEs with your burning SOLIDWORKS questions, get prepared to take (and pass!) a SOLIDWORKS CSWP certification and more.
A Growing Team for Better Service
As the ModernTech and TriMech teams continue to merge, you’ll also have access to more technical resources this launch season.
Our expanded team now includes 17 Elite Application Engineers who have achieved the highest certification level recognized by SOLIDWORKS.
With our bigger and mightier team, we can now offer you better training, support and consulting.
We truly hope you can attend one of our SOLIDWORKS 2016 Launch events. Come see what this talented bunch of CAD-fanatics have been up to and what’s in store for SOLIDWORKS 2016.
