Job Overview

This position is part of the Technical Staffing group focused on providing Talent Solutions for both commercial and government customers. The Territory Sales Manager will develop business with new clients, as well as existing customers, throughout a defined TriMech Territory.


  • Strategize with clients and prospects on hiring processes and identification of high-level talent
  • Implement sales strategies to uncover new business opportunities and manage account growth
  • Educate clients and prospects on the benefits of working with TriMech Services
  • Cross-Sell with TriMech’s Technology business, focused on software and hardware
  • Communicate daily with TriMech’s recruiting team

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of Sales Experience
  • Negotiating and Closing Skills
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere
  • Some travel required
