SOLIDWORKS Regional Sales Manager - Bedminster, NJ
TriMech is seeking to hire a Software Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our Northern Software Sales Team. A typical week will include individual and group meetings, forecast reviews, and travel to prospect and client sites.
- Work with a team of sales professionals to set and achieve annual TriMech Software sales goals for all software products and services.
- Oversee sales activities and performance.
- Coach, mentor, and train members of the sales team.
- Assist with marketing efforts to develop, position products and services.
- Communicate and execute sales forecasts and strategic sales plans to Executive Management.
- 5+ Years of Sales Management.
- A proven track record of success.
- Expertise with CRM tools.
- Experience recruiting and hiring sale people.
- Coaching and teaching skills.
- Understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing.
- Experience selling Capital Experience.
- Experience working with in or with a Reseller Channel environment.
- Consultative sales approach/sales background.
